Industry: Manufacturing and supply of ceramic tiles, porcelain products, and sanitary ware for residential and commercial construction projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC bridge saw and waterjet cutting machines for porcelain, marble, and stone materials.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and cutting layouts.
- Set up machines and adjust cutting parameters according to production requirements.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Optimize material usage to minimize waste.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Report equipment malfunctions and production issues promptly.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating CNC and waterjet machines.
- AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience working with porcelain, marble, granite, or engineered stone is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and operate machinery safely.
