We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Operations and Marketing Executive to manage the day-to-day operations, marketing activities, and administrative tasks of our Unisex Salon. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, customer-centric, and have a strong background in salon operations, marketing, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Manage staff schedules, appointments, and service quality.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
Handle inventory management and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
Assist in recruitment, training, and supervision of salon staff.
Maintain customer service standards and address client concerns promptly.
Manage billing, invoicing, and salon financial records.
Ensure that all salon equipment is maintained and operational.
Develop operational strategies to enhance customer experience and salon profitability.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation and engagement.
Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Collaborate with influencers, beauty bloggers, and local businesses for partnerships.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve service offerings.
Organize and promote salon events, workshops, and product launches.
Develop branding strategies to enhance the salon’s visibility and reputation.
Enhance the overall client experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Promote and upsell salon services and beauty products.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in salon/spa operations or marketing.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in content creation a
Knowledge of beauty industry trends and customer preferences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Familiarity with salon management software is a plus.
