- Cloud Resource Management: Manages the efficient provisioning of Azure resources (VMs, storage, networking) and administers Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and TAWASOL environments.
- Security & Compliance: Implements Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), manages security patches, and enforces Azure Policies and M365 security standards (DLP, MFA, MDM).
- Cost Optimization: Monitors cloud spending using Azure Cost Management tools and implements budget alerting mechanisms.
- Backup & Recovery: Administers Azure Backup Vault and Recovery Services to ensure robust disaster recovery capabilities.
- Specific Azure Expertise:
- Full administration of Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and the TAWASOL environment, including monthly health checks and continuous patching.
- Efficient provisioning of Azure resources such as VMs, storage, and networking, including the management of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) host pools.
- Management of Azure Security Center, Microsoft Sentinel, and implementation of Azure Policy to enforce compliance.
- Specific M365 Expertise:
- Administration of Office 365 E5 accounts, subscriptions, and SharePoint Online.
- Deployment and management of Microsoft Intune for device enrolment (corporate and BYOD), MDM policies, and conditional access.
- Implementation of DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and maintenance of the MS Teams cloud phone system.
