Develop a comprehensive understanding of client’s needs and preferences to offer suitable properties.
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
Coordinate open houses, showings, and inspections.
Negotiate purchase agreements, ensuring that client’s interests are protected.
Maintain real estate records, documents, and contracts.
Develop and maintain a network of clients, real estate professionals, and potential leads.
Stay up-to-date with local real estate markets, trends, and legislation.
Requirements:
A valid Driving license.
