Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Closer (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for converting leads into successful deals and driving revenue growth in the UAE market.

Engage with potential clients and lead high-level sales conversations in Arabic and English

Develop and implement effective closing strategies to maximize conversion rates

Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications

Native or near-native fluency in Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven track record of successfully closing deals in a B2B sales environment

Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade decision-makers

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools

In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and local business practices

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work effectively in diverse settings

Valid UAE work permit or eligibility to obtain one
