Clinical Training Coordinator – Qatar Government Project

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs assessments with clinical teams.
Develop and deliver clinical training programs.
Organize and coordinate training sessions, materials, and logistics.
Maintain and update training resources and materials.
Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or HealthcareEducation(postgraduate preferred).
Minimum4 years of experiencein healthcaretraining & development.
Experience withLMS, eLearning, and IT certificationsis a plus.
Strong administrative,communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
