Kinetic has partnered with a leading medical device company who are hiring a clinical support specialist for their team in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth commercial operations.
- Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training to healthcare professionals.
- Oversee product installations and manage the client onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive performance and contribute to the achievement of business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals and clinics.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and consistent service support.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the medical device or broader healthcare industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage professional audiences.
- Proven ability to train clinicians and deliver effective product demonstrations.
- Willingness to travel as required.
