Clinical Psychologist – Al Ain, UAE
Job Summary:
Provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, and counseling to patients with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and psychometric assessments.
- Develop clinical formulations and treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT.
- Assess and manage psychological risks, including self-harm and suicide risk.
- Provide psychoeducation and support to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Follow DOH Abu Dhabi regulations and professional ethical standards.
Requirements:
- DOH Abu Dhabi license or eligibility.
- Relevant clinical experience, preferably 2–3+ years.
- Experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic language is a must
