Duties & Responsibilities
The design and improvement of processes, procedures, work instructions and tasks, responsibilities and authorities within the organization and the control thereof.
The monthly, quarterly and annual reports; the operating, investment and liquidity budget.
The management and monitoring of financial positions and the associated costs and risks.
Jointly responsible for determining and monitoring budgets, including signaling and advising the budget manager and the organization.
The organization’s housing policy. You ensure that you are aware of current legislation and regulations regarding housing.
The purchasing policy within the organization.
Setting up and supervising risk assessments, advising on risk qualification and helping to set up and implement the necessary control measures.
Maintaining contact with the external executive party and an external advisory group. Thinking about and contributing to new developments and their implementation.
Job Experience
Analytical skills for making thorough analyses and structuring policies towards concrete, feasible, consistent social goals.
A results-oriented, critical thinker who can attune to others.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and you know how to adapt them to your conversation partner.
Strong management skills to lead, coach and develop the unit’s employees.
Proactive and enterprising in identifying and responding to actual and expected (market) developments and (co-)translating these into policy.
