Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets
- Develop strategies to increase clinic profitability and client conversion
- Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and motivate clinic staff to deliver high performance
- Enhance patient experience and ensure excellent service standards
- Oversee KPIs, reporting, and financial performance
- Support marketing initiatives to drive footfall and brand growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in clinic/beauty/hospitality management
- Strong background in sales and revenue generation
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in aesthetic/medical/beauty industry preferred
