About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Client Solutions Manager based in Doha, with a passion for video marketing and execution, and a consistent drive to exceed the expectations of clients, team members, and co-workers.

You are a dynamic, strategic, and analytical Client Solutions Manager with experience in the video marketing sphere on and off You Tube and passionate about learning more about video marketing offerings, digital media, and the capabilities of You Tube and off-You Tube platforms. With meticulous attention to detail, you manage multiple complex projects with ease, whether they require organizational skills, statistical analysis, or business acumen, and you’re always ready to put in the extra work.

We’re a fast-growing team with our HQ in Stockholm, and this position is based in Doha, focusing on the Qatar market.

Responsibilities

Responsible for launching, maintaining, and reporting on campaigns

Work alongside the Client Solutions Management team to grow a book of business with a focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction

Maintain and grow your client base, expanding it over time

Stay proactive in client interactions, always one step ahead

Respond with urgency to general client requests using your understanding of all internal systems

Generate thorough campaign reports addressing overall metrics, wins, and insights

Support Senior Client Solutions Managers with daily tasks

Monitor campaign pacing and KPI performance, conducting ongoing discussions with relevant internal team members and clients, proactively addressing any issues

Maintain and update proficiencies in the video marketing space

Support the Client Solutions Management Team with any necessary tasks

Report to the CSM Lead

Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of proven hands-on experience at a tech publisher or digital media agency; an ideal candidate has some You Tube and/or digital video experience

Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs

Effective experience in media buying on a bidding model (e.g., DBM, DSP, PMD, Programmatic platforms) and/or management of campaigns in various dashboards is highly preferred

Highly organized and detail-oriented professional

Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal

A thirst for learning about Client Solutions Management and the digital landscape

Driven and determined to adapt in a fast-paced digital world

Fluency in the Salesforce platform

Google Ads or You Tube certification is a plus

Hands-on experience at a tech publisher or digital media agency is a plus
