Client Relationship Manager – Real Estate Jobs in Dubai at Somer.iq

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients who can benefit from our GPS tracking system and software solutions. You will also deliver technical presentations and demonstrate how our system meets client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential customers to promote our technical products and services.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits.
Actively participate in sales activities, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and both indoor and outdoor marketing efforts.
Follow up with leads and prospects to convert proposals into successful deals.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and support.

Requirements:

Good spoken and written English.
1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in GPS tracking systems, ERP, CRM software, or other IT products.
Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
Proactive and willing to engage in field sales activities.
Male candidates from Kerala are preferred.
A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
