We are seeking a highly organized and proactive female Assistant to the Executive Director to join our team at a well-established nursery in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support while ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken)
Experience: Must be familiar with Dubai’s business and social environment (not new to Dubai)
Transportation: Owns a car and holds a valid UAE driver’s license
Skills:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities-Strong networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships-Basic finance knowledge (budgeting, expense tracking, financial reporting)-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Director with daily operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks
Act as a liaison between the nursery, parents, and external partners
Support business development through networking and community engagement
Manage financial tasks such as tracking expenses, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting
Handle confidential information with discretion
