We are a 18+ year leading full-service Graphics and Display Solution company manufacturing Display Stands, Kiosks, Signages; Exhibition stands etc. Located in Dubai Production City. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist (Preferably Female) experts for generating sales leads by cold calling, social media platforms and other online channels.
Compensation – Base Salary + Commission
Job Requirements :
Proven experience as Telesales Executive or similar sales role
Experience in Printing, Advertising, Signs selling is preferred.
Passionate about Sales and Target Achiever
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Call center experience –outbound calling
Outstanding Negotiation, Convincing and Selling Skills
Proficient in MS- Office – word, excel, and sales CRM software’s
On job Training will be provided
Candidates must be available to join immediately.
UAE Freshers with 3-5 years of experience in their home country can also apply.
Must be patient and capable of handling customer rejections professionally and effectively.
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Responsibilities:
Cold Calling using various online and offline database or phone directories.
Generating leads and setting up meetings / appointments for Business Development Executives
Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
Persuade the customer by demonstrating how services meet their needs
Maintain & Manage records of calls and sales related information using CRM or related software’s.
