The role involves both scheduled and emergency maintenance, as well as preparing properties for guest arrivals.
Qualifications:
Experience in general maintenance or related roles
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
A valid driver’s license preferred
