Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Relationship Advisor to join our real estate team. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their property needs, and assisting them in buying, selling, and leasing properties while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and available inventory
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and documentation
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- UAE driving license is a plus
