About the Role
We are seeking motivated and professional Client Relationship Executive to support our investor engagement and capital retention initiatives. This role focuses on building long-term investor relationships, explaining structured investment offerings, and ensuring high investor satisfaction through transparency and consistent communication.
This is not a cold-calling sales role. The position involves engaging with warm leads, referrals, and interested investors while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing investors to explain structured investment opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with investors through regular follow-ups and updates.
- Clearly communicate investment terms, ROI structures, lock-in periods, and required documentation.
- Address investor queries with confidence, accuracy, and transparency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely documentation and investor onboarding.
- Track investor interactions and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Support investor retention by fostering trust, clarity, and long-term satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client retention, CRM, relationship management, investment advisory, banking, wealth management, or high-value client handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, ethical, and calm approach to investor conversations.
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly (training will be provided).
- Comfortable handling high-value discussions involving investments of AED 100,000+.
- Results-driven with a long-term relationship management mindset.
- Experience within the UAE financial or investment environment is an advantage.
