What You’ll Do
- Be the face of Cloud Spaces – managing for our clients and visitors, high-standard experience.
- Support the Centre Manager in driving sales, day-to-day operations, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct client check-ins, onboarding, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth journey.
- Manage leads, assist with upselling memberships, and handle CRM updates.
- Cover reception when needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support with invoicing, collections, and billing accuracy.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in client relations, customer service, or sales support.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, excel and basic billing processes (preferred).
