Job Description:
Red Maple HR Consultancies LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recovery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client follow-ups, providing timely updates, and ensuring successful collection of outstanding balances to close cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients regularly regarding pending payments
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to clients on their case status
  • Maintain proper communication through calls, emails, and messages
  • Ensure successful recovery of outstanding balances
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and payment progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling
  • Achieve assigned recovery targets and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in collections, recovery, or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consultancy, finance, or debt recovery roles
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage but Hindi & English is mandatory

Salary:
3000 to 7000 + Incentives
