Job Description:
Red Maple HR Consultancies LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recovery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client follow-ups, providing timely updates, and ensuring successful collection of outstanding balances to close cases efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients regularly regarding pending payments
- Provide accurate and timely updates to clients on their case status
- Maintain proper communication through calls, emails, and messages
- Ensure successful recovery of outstanding balances
- Keep detailed records of interactions and payment progress
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling
- Achieve assigned recovery targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in collections, recovery, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consultancy, finance, or debt recovery roles
- Multilingual skills are an advantage but Hindi & English is mandatory
Salary:
3000 to 7000 + Incentives
