Client Operations Team Lead Jobs in Dubai at Luxridge Building Contracting LLC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client interactions across phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Conduct client meetings and provide updates on account status, payouts, documentation, and post-sales processes
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and internal teams to ensure smooth customer transactions and issue resolution
  • Manage customer records, documentation, and CRM updates with high accuracy
  • Prepare operational, payout, and management reports using Excel and reporting tools
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination of all payout-related activities
  • Monitor customer requests and drive prompt resolution while maintaining high service standards
  • Lead and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Operations, Post-Sales, or Customer Service within the real estate industry
  • Strong experience in handling client meetings and managing high-value customer relationships
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
  • Strong numerical aptitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
