Job Title: Client Experience Ambassador
Location: Sharjah

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, front office, business setup, or Free Zone operations.
Experience in a Free Zone or business setup company is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of business setup and licensing processes is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Arabic language skills are highly preferred, particularly for Sharjah Free Zone client-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Good computer literacy and experience with CRM/ERP or ticketing systems.
