Job Title: Client Engagement Manager

Job Purpose: Responsibleto lead growth in of Abudhabi CIMS Business – Cloud, IT Infra, ManagedServices, Cyber Security

Qualification: AnyBachelors Degree

Experience: 10+ years’ experiencein IT industry; out of this min 3 years in IT sales in AUHis preferred. Experience in handling Largeaccounts and large opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and driving revenue targets and managing client relationships in the AbuDhabi. This role requires a deep understanding of the regional market, the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, and strong leadership skills
• Responsible for bringing new business / managing current business in AUH by implementing effective and innovative Sales Strategies and successfully managing the sales process from beginning to end
• Create a roadmap for CIMS business like Infra, Cybersecurity, Managed Services e-services, Cloud
• Be responsible for aggressive growth in AUH for above mentioned areas of business
• Plan Vertical business growth plan by—Federal Govt, Key Large Public Sector Accounts, Financial institutions, Enterprise, Local Govt entities.
• Collaboration and co-selling along with OEMs

Responsible for ongoing Customer satisfaction and management of Customer relationship

• – (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc), specially with relationships with key client stakeholders and their Business executives
• OEM relationship management
• Develop market intelligence aligning to the Business Vertical strategy
