Draftsman
Company: SWAH Interior Decorations (SWAH DESIGN)
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Job Summary:
Looking to hire a skilled and experienced Draftsman with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the interior design, architecture and fitout field.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Develop 3D models and Vizualizations
Assist in the development of interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, and furniture layouts.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project staff to ensure design consistency and constructability.
Conduct site visits to gather information and verify design details when needed.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of drawings and specifications.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software
Working knowledge of interior Design Concepts, Architecture, Construction and Fitout.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working in Dubai (preferred) or in any Gulf Country.
