Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the construction team, replanning, good execution of work.
Coordinate team and subcontractors.
Execute and plan the work together with the Site Manager, monitoring deadlines.
Interpret the plans and redesign the work units.
Propose procedures, materials and execution techniques.
Responsible for the reception and organization of materials, storage areas, etc.
Perform material calculations.
Monitor compliance with the health and safety plan and occupational risk prevention regulations.
Job Experience
At least three (3) years of previous experience as a civil works manager,
