We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cleaning Team Leader to join our team.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a Cleaning Company.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality standards
- Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations
- Allocate tasks and monitor staff performance
- Ensure all cleaning work meets company quality standards.
- Ensure all Safety Standards are followed on site.
- Train and guide cleaning staff
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Report any issues to management promptly
