Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Exhibition Stand Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and installation of exhibition stands, ensuring they meet our clients’ needs and the event’s requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the assembly and dismantling of exhibition stands, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the design and construction of the stands align with project specifications.
Ensure all work is completed on time and within the allocated budget.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Ensure all safety and regulatory standards are adhered to during the setup and dismantling of stands.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues on-site related to stand construction or design.
Conduct post-event inspections to ensure that all stands are dismantled safely and the site is cleaned up efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to projects, materials, and labor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in exhibition stand construction or a similar field.
Must have a background in Civil Engineering or a related Diploma (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of joinery and other materials used in stand construction.
Proficiency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written) is essential.
Good leadership skills and the ability to manage a team on-site.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in project management for exhibitions and events.
Knowledge of 3D design software or drafting tools is a plus.
Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
