Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintenance work supervision
- Valid UAE driving License
- Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks
- Train and guide team members on cleaning procedures and safety
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standard
- Perform Air conditioning, electrical & plumbing work
- Basic carpentry, painting, and masonry work.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Follow UAE health, safety, and company regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance work
- Coordinate with Manager and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks
Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,200.00 per month
