Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly organized and guest-focused individual to manage check-in/check-out processes, inspect properties, and ensure seamless guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct efficient check-in/check-out processes for guests
– Inspect properties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
– Manage guest relations, addressing queries and concerns
– Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
– Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
– Maintain property inventory and report damages
– Drive to properties for inspections and guest services (own car required)
– Communicate with guests via phone, email, and in-person
– Update guest information and reservation details
– Preferred: Holiday homes experience
Requirements:
– 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or holiday homes
– Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and under pressure
– Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
– Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
– Basic computer skills (e.g., property management software)
Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in holiday homes or short-term rentals
– Knowledge of Dubai’s geography and attractions
– Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian)
