Position Overview
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our clients throughout their journey. You’ll facilitate the onboarding process, help clients integrate our payment solutions, build strong relationships, and ensure they receive maximum value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs
Assist clients with documentation and compliance requirements during account setup
Provide clear explanations of our platform features and benefits
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Collaborate with our technical and compliance teams to address client needs
Document client interactions and maintain accurate records
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their continued success
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or similar client-facing roles
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) – REQUIRED
Professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of payment processing or financial services (preferred)
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Computer literacy with experience in CRM systems
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
What We Offer
Monthly salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 based on experience and qualifications
