Job Overview:
MHM Real Estate is seeking a WhatsApp Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and property promotions through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate marketing, WhatsApp Business tools, and automated messaging strategies to enhance client communication and increase conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to promote properties, offers, and real estate services.
Manage WhatsApp Business API, chat automation, and broadcast lists for seamless client communication.
Generate and nurture leads by engaging potential buyers, sellers, and investors through WhatsApp messaging.
Create personalized and interactive content, including property listings, virtual tour links, and promotional offers.
Respond promptly to inquiries, schedule property viewings, and follow up with potential clients.
Implement segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups based on preferences and behavior.
Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as response rates, conversions, and lead quality.
Ensure compliance with WhatsApp marketing guidelines and industry regulations.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align WhatsApp strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in WhatsApp marketing, must be in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, chatbots, and automation tools (e.g., Twilio, WATI, Zoko).
Excellent communication and sales skills to engage and convert leads.
Ability to craft compelling messages and multimedia content tailored to real estate clients.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Analytical mindset to measure and optimize marketing performance.
