Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Agent/ Travel consultant to assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. If you love helping people explore the world and have experience in the travel industry, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
Provide expert travel recommendations based on client preferences.
Process payments, issue tickets, and manage travel documents.
Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
Stay updated on travel regulations, trends, and promotional offers
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Travel Agent or in the tourism industry ( not Mandatory)
Strong sales and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage bookings efficiently.
Passion for travel and a customer-first approach
