Cleaner/Housekeeping Jobs in Dubai at Guardforce Security UAE
Required experaince in food service /fast food sector to manage telesales team ti achive targets and KPIS.
there is a fixed salary plus commission based upon sales values achieved
we require english and urdu/hindi speaking and french and arabic speaking
for calling clients in the uk and france as well as in local market
Develop and manage sales quotes, including management of special price request.
Customer Order management (Take orders from curent customers by phone, sms, email..)
Call on existing, drifted and new customers (incl. cold calls) as well as work with warehouse team and logisitics companies to confirm the availability of products and check the delivery cost.
Ensure resolution of all customer disputes.
Increase customer satisfaction by demonstrating commitment and engagement to resolve customer satisfaction issues in close collaboration with the drivers, warehouse team and management as well as pro-actively driving related initiatives.
Develop the best prospecting techniques to obtain relevant leads
Find all prospects and put the plan to acquire new customers through direct sales techniques, calls, emails..
Follow up the customer accounts and the due payment settlement
Report on a weekly/monthly basis appointments, calls made, and list of business leads
Answer customer queries in a timely and suitable manner

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
