We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our support team at our Dubai office. If you are passionate about technology, customer support, and the hospitality industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions to our clients.
Troubleshoot software and system-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Conduct training sessions for users on our CRM software for hotels.
Assist in system installations, configurations, and updates.
Analyze and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
Document and maintain knowledge base articles and technical guides.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Previous experience in IT support, customer service, or hospitality industry.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (Jira).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Knowledge of hotel management software or customer data management (CDM) systems is a plus.
