Key Responsibilities:
· Clean and sanitize bakery production areas, workstations, equipment exteriors, and storage areas.
· Sweep, mop, and wash floors to maintain cleanliness at all times.
· Clean restrooms, staff areas, offices, and common areas.
· Dispose of waste and ensure proper segregation of garbage.
· Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
· Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to the daily cleaning schedule.
