Clinica Nefertiti is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and professional Cleaner / Clinic Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across our clinic.
The ideal candidate will be organized, trustworthy and committed to keeping all patient, treatment and staff areas clean, comfortable and consistently well-presented.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize reception, waiting areas, corridors, offices and staff areas
- Clean and disinfect treatment rooms between sessions as required
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, furniture, mirrors and glass areas
- Clean and sanitize washrooms regularly throughout the day
- Empty waste bins and dispose of waste according to clinic procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of staff pantry and common areas
- Replenish tissues, soap, sanitizer and other essential supplies
- Ensure treatment rooms and public areas remain clean and presentable at all times
- Support the clinical team with basic room preparation and housekeeping requirements
- Follow hygiene, infection-control and safety procedures
- Use cleaning products and equipment correctly and safely
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report when stock needs replenishment
- Report any maintenance, damage or hygiene concerns to management
- Perform opening and closing cleaning duties as required
- Maintain a discreet and professional presence around patients and guests
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, salon, spa or hospitality environment is preferred
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow instructions and cleaning schedules
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Physically able to perform daily cleaning duties
- Professional and respectful attitude
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Previous healthcare or aesthetic clinic experience
- Knowledge of infection-control cleaning practices
- Previous experience working in a premium hospitality or customer-facing environment
- Immediate availability is an advantage
