Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Proactively reach out to passive candidates and engage them in job opportunities.
Write and post job descriptions on various platforms such as company website, job boards, and social media channels.
Manage job postings, and ensure job descriptions are up to date and accurate.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Provide candidates with detailed information about the roles and the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Keep candidates informed about the progress of their applications and provide feedback when needed.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, qualifications, and team culture.
Help facilitate the interview process by coordinating logistics, preparing interview panels, and gathering feedback from interviewers.
Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other necessary pre-employment processes.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires by ensuring they have a seamless transition into the organization.
Ensure all hiring paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
Provide recommendations to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
Stay informed of market trends and talent pool availability.
