Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned General Manager / Head of Profit Center with extensive experience in the signage and outdoor media industry. The ideal candidate will lead the overall operations, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and seamless project execution.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.
Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of operations, including estimation, project execution, and client relations.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of estimators, designers, and production staff.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of all projects.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, trends, and areas for growth within the signage and outdoor media sector.
Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with UAE regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 10 years in a General Manager or Head of Profit Center role, preferably in the signage, construction, or outdoor media industries.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of signage materials, production processes, and installation methods.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple projects.
Financial Acumen: Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and profit optimization.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, along with negotiation skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using management tools and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with UAE signage regulations and industry standards.
