Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology (preferred).
- Technical Institute Certificate with extensive relevant experience may be considered.
- 8–10 years of experience in Civil Construction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Brownfield Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Plant projects.
- Proven experience working in live operating facilities under Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Strong knowledge of:
- Excavation works
- Reinforced concrete works
- Structural steel works
- Underground utilities
- Duct banks
- Backfilling
- Road restoration
- Ability to interpret IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
- Experience coordinating with QA/QC, HSE, Survey, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument disciplines.
- Knowledge of punch list clearance, as-built documentation, and project close-out activities.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco and Saudi Electricity (SE) standards and procedures is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, planning, coordination, and manpower management skills
