Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of construction practices, and the ability to manage site operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities and monitor site progress.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate and supervise labor, subcontractors, and equipment on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project standards.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and clients to resolve site issues.
- Monitor material usage and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site records.
- Identify construction issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in building, infrastructure, or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and HSE requirements.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
