Requirements:
Females only.
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (required).
Residing in the UAE, preferably in Sharjah.
Valid UAE driving license (required).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Professional appearance with a client-oriented mindset.
Fluency in Arabic and English.

تقديم استشارات احترافية حول العقارات وفرص الاستثمار.
تنظيم جولات ميدانية للعقارات وإتمام الصفقات بفعالية.
متابعة مستمرة لأحدث اتجاهات السوق والعروض المنافسة.
المتطلبات:
الوظيفة مخصصة للإناث فقط.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المبيعات العقارية (شرط أساسي).
الإقامة داخل دولة الإمارات، ويفضّل أن تكون المتقدمة من إمارة الشارقة.
توفر رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية (شرط أساسي).
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض عالية.
القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة وتنافسية.
مظهر احترافي ونهج يركز على رضا العميل.
إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
