Job Title: Licensed Aircraft Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join a leading aviation company in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair, and inspection of aircraft in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft to ensure airworthiness.
Conduct thorough inspections, troubleshooting, and rectification of defects.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including GCAA, EASA, or FAA requirements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and operational staff to maintain high standards of service.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical support where required.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and aviation safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (GCAA, EASA Part-66, or FAA A&P).
Type ratings on one or more of the following aircraft preferred: 777, 787, 320, 350, 380.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and engineering.
Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
