Job Title: Civil Site Engineer – High-Rise Buildings

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in high-rise construction and a strong understanding of site engineering. This role involves managing on-site operations, ensuring project quality, and coordinating with other construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project goals and timelines.
Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with drawings and standards.
Review and interpret project blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with design teams for modifications as necessary.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency.
Ensure quality control standards are consistently maintained throughout the project phases.
Assist in cost control and budget management by tracking project costs and avoiding overruns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of site engineering experience, with a focus on high-rise building projects.
