We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Site Engineer to oversee the construction of swimming pools at various projects in and around U.A.E. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of swimming pool construction projects.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Technical Oversight:
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Ensure all construction practices comply with local codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to guarantee the structural integrity and finishing of swimming pools.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Budget and Resource Management:
Assist in estimating project costs and managing resources efficiently.
Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Communication and Reporting:
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and progress updates.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to project milestones and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech Civil Engineering (required)
1 year experience in construction site management, preferably in swimming pool or water feature construction (Freshers can also apply)
English, Hindi language proficiency (required)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
