Job Description:
As the Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our F&B operations across multiple brands, locations, or outlets. You will lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and budgeting, ensuring that the company meets its financial goals while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership:
Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the entire group, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for all F&B brands.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term financial strategies and goals.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all group locations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance, highlighting key financial metrics, variances, and actionable insights.
Monitor cash flow, capital expenditure, and financial liquidity across all operations.
Work with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate audits.
Cost Control & Profitability:
Monitor key cost drivers such as food and beverage costs, labor costs, and overheads to maximize profitability.
Develop and implement cost control measures, reviewing all areas of expenditure and suggesting improvements or changes as needed.
Work closely with operational teams to identify areas for operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
Financial Analysis & Business Insights:
Conduct detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for each F&B location or brand.
Provide actionable recommendations based on financial data, helping management make informed decisions about pricing, product offerings, and business strategy.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial ratios relevant to the F&B industry, including gross margin, net profit, and ROI.
Cash Flow Management & Treasury:
Oversee the management of cash flow for the group, ensuring liquidity to support day-to-day operations.
Manage working capital, investments, and ensure appropriate funding for business growth.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for financing needs and resolve any financial issues.
Team Management & Development:
Lead and mentor the finance team across multiple locations, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to perform efficiently.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance team.
Provide training and guidance on financial systems, reporting, and best practices.
Financial Systems & Process Improvement:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial software systems to ensure accurate financial data reporting and tracking.
Continuously review and improve internal financial controls and processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Group Finance Manager, with at least 5 years of experience in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, financial reporting, and budgeting in the F&B sector.
Experience managing multiple financial accounts for different locations or brands.
Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and accounting standards in the F&B industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
High proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel, etc.).
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certifications (preferred).
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced F&B environment.

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
