Job Description:
Provides site engineering duties for a number of projects within the region.
Establishes the level and survey control for contracts and sets out detailed works as per the contract drawings, ensuring that checks are made on a regular basis.
Ensures safe working practice.
Establishes interim targets to achieve given deadlines.
Overall plans, coordinates, and controls a project from beginning to completion, aimed at meeting a client’s requirements to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
Handles the engineering design and supervision (coordination) aspects of building a manufacturing facility, including the development of a product or solution to a problem.
Collects, analyzes, summarizes, and evaluates various alternative courses of action to advise management on the most appropriate course of action based on cost efficiency and capability.
Deals with the allocation of assets and liabilities over time under conditions of certainty and uncertainty.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor of Civil Engineering
5 to 6 years of working experience as a Site Engineer, with experience in high-rise building or hotel projects
ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, are a requirement to be successful in this role.
