A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of Civil Quantity Surveyor (Senior-Level)
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Additional studies or training in construction management, cost control, or contract administration is an advantage
- Professional certifications related to Quantity Surveying / Cost Engineering are preferred
- More than 12 years experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead all quantity surveying and commercial activities for construction projects
- Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, and tender documents
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting
- Oversee interim valuations, variation orders, claims, and final accounts
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor contracts and payments
- Monitor project performance and ensure cost efficiency and profitability
- Review and interpret contract documents and manage risk exposure
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams on commercial matters
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements (including FIDIC)
- Provide commercial reports and recommendations to management

- Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2026
