A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of Civil Quantity Surveyor
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Additional training in cost control, measurement, or contract administration is an advantage
- Professional certifications in Quantity Surveying are preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for building projects
- Assist in the preparation of BOQ, tender documents, and cost plans
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payment applications
- Conduct site measurements and verify progress work
- Prepare interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and support cost control activities
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and site teams
- Assist in resolving contractual and commercial issues
- Prepare regular cost reports and financial summaries
NOTE:
- Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2026
