Job Description
We are expanding and seeking a Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our qualified team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Join our global journey and contribute to meaningful projects!
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain Quantity Surveying Sheets.
Measure executed works according to the Contract Method of Measurement.
Maintain supporting documents such as signed NRIs, QS sheets, and progress records.
Prepare and submit interim payment applications, ensuring timely measurement and claims.
Coordinate with Engineer’s and Employer’s surveyors for verification and payments.
Assess variations and claims, including approved variations in interim applications.
Prepare Contract Final Measures and Payment at Completion applications.
Prepare Bills of Quantities for subcontracts and verify measurements and payments.
Collaborate with project sections on measurement, recording, and reporting.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
7-10 years of Civil Engineering experience, with 3-5 years as a Quantity Surveyor.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Cost monitoring & controlling.
Excellent command of English (written and oral).
Preferred Skills
KSA experience in EPC mega projects.
Transferrable IQAMA.
Civil 3D, Power BI, and ERP software knowledge is advantageous.
