Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Civil Project Manager with a strong background in managing high‑rise building projects of 45 floors and above. Candidates must hold Dubai Municipality G+ Unlimited certification and have proven expertise in delivering large‑scale tower projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high‑rise construction projects (45+ floors) from planning to handover
- Oversee structural works, vertical logistics, tower crane operations, and MEP coordination
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Civil Defense, and other regulatory bodies
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues
- Implement and monitor QA/QC, HSE, and risk management procedures
- Review drawings, BOQs, method statements, and project specifications
- Prepare progress reports, attend client meetings, and ensure project milestones are achieved
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Dubai Municipality G+ Unlimited certification – Mandatory
- Minimum 10–15 years experience in high‑rise construction
- Proven experience in 45+ floor towers (CVs without this will not be considered)
- Strong knowledge of structural sequencing, façade installation, post‑tension works, and high‑rise safety protocols
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- UAE project experience preferred
Pay: AED35,000.00 – AED45,000.00 per month
