Midas Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our growing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- UAE or GCC experience is mandatory.
- Experience with Sharjah Municipality regulations and approvals is mandatory.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, site management, and quality control.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6/MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise civil construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress, quality, health and safety, and project performance.
- Liaise with Sharjah Municipality and other relevant authorities to obtain approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare project reports, work schedules, and progress updates.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently while maintaining project quality standards.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
